Good Labs is an Australian charitable fundraising organisation operating at goodlabs.org.au. We are a fundraising partner for Project J1272N in partnership with the Ololo Foundation and the Australian NGO Global Development Group (ABN 57 102 400 993). Tax-deductible receipts for gifts of $2 and over are issued by Global Development Group.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in that Act.

  • Raisely — our donation platform provider. Raisely processes payment information and stores donor records on our behalf. Raisely’s own privacy policy governs their handling of your data.
  • Global Development Group (ABN 57 102 400 993) — our Australian NGO partner, who issues tax-deductible receipts and may hold donor records for compliance purposes.
  • Ololo Foundation — our on-ground partner organisation in Kenya.
  • Email marketing platforms used to send newsletters (where you have opted in).
  • WordPress hosting and website maintenance providers.

All third-party providers are required to handle your information in accordance with applicable privacy law and are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing purposes.

4.2 Other disclosures

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Donation records may be retained for seven (7) years in accordance with Australian taxation and financial record-keeping obligations.

When personal information is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.
