1. About Good Labs

Good Labs is an Australian charitable fundraising organisation operating at goodlabs.org.au. We are a fundraising partner for Project J1272N in partnership with the Ololo Foundation and Global Development Group (ABN 57 102 400 993), an Australian NGO.

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and any services we provide through it, including but not limited to donation processing and newsletter subscription.

2. Use of Our Website

2.1 Permitted use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. By accessing goodlabs.org.au, you agree that you will not:

Use the site to transmit unsolicited communications, spam, or malicious content

3. Donations

3.1 Donation processing

Donations made through our website are processed by Raisely, a third-party donation platform. By making a donation, you also agree to Raisely’s terms of service and privacy policy, available at raisely.com.

Good Labs is a fundraising partner for Project J1272N. All donations are made to and receipted by Global Development Group (ABN 57 102 400 993). Tax-deductible receipts for gifts of $2 and over will be issued by Global Development Group.

3.2 Tax deductibility

Receipts for tax-deductible donations are issued by Global Development Group, not directly by Good Labs. Tax deductibility is subject to Australian tax law and your individual circumstances. We recommend you seek independent tax advice if you are unsure of the tax treatment of your donation.

3.3 Refund policy

Donations are generally non-refundable once processed. If you believe a donation was made in error or as a result of fraudulent activity, please contact us promptly at [email protected] and we will review your request in good faith. Any refund decision is at our discretion and subject to the terms of our payment processor.

3.4 Recurring donations

If you set up a recurring (monthly or annual) donation, it will continue until you cancel. You may cancel your recurring donation at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or through the Raisely donor portal. Cancellations take effect from the next scheduled payment date.

4. Newsletter and Email Communications

By subscribing to our newsletter or checking the relevant consent box at donation, you agree to receive email updates from Good Labs including impact reports, fundraising news, and campaign updates. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in any email we send, or by contacting us at [email protected].

We will not send you marketing communications without your consent, and we will not share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the goodlabs.org.au website — including text, images, logos, graphics, video, and design elements — is the property of Good Labs or is used with permission. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or transmit any content from this website without our prior written permission, except that you may share links to our pages for non-commercial purposes with appropriate attribution.

6. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites including our partner organisations (Raisely, Ololo Foundation, Global Development Group). These links are provided for convenience only.
